Gregorio Botta born in Naples (April 18th 1953), lives and works in Rome.
Water, glass, wax, iron, light feature the work of Gregorio Botta in a magic blend of images and sounds belonging to an indecipherable and impermanent poem.

In his exhibitions, Botta transforms the environment all around into a thin and uniform poetic space where images bring visitors into a suspended dimension where thoughts and feelings are pervasive and unexpected.

His solo exhibitions started in 1991 and his confirmation as international artist arrives in 2012 with “Rifugi” curated by Guglielmo Gigliotti, Museo d’Arte Contemporanea Roma – MACRO, Rome.
